HotStuf Rib Rub

1/2 C brown sugar
3 T kosher salt
2 T HotStuf Table Seasoning

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply liberally to your favorite cut of meat. Best on pork and poultry -- great on ribs! Let rest at least 30 minutes before grilling or broiling.

HotStuf Buffalo Wing Sauce

Whisk together equal parts of melted butter and HotStuf Spicy Pepper sauce. Salt and/or HotStuf Table Seasoning may be added to taste. Pour over wings just after cooking, or serve on the side for dipping.
